During the crisis and self-isolation, car dealers began to quickly adapt to the situation and decided to give customers the opportunity to buy a car without leaving home. Now all the usual processes associated with buying a car are moving online.
These are individual video consultations, online insurance and car loan services, payment and booking through online payment services. Moreover, remote support is now possible when buying both new and used cars.
Which car companies have already launched online sales
You can buy a new car directly on the car manufacturer’s website. This service is already provided by Lada, BMW, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Volvo and Chery.

- Installation of additional equipment, registration of a loan, insurance or trade-in assessment also take place online.
- Making an advance payment or the full amount on the online service (payment by bank card, by QR code with details or through Apple Pay, Google Pay services).
