With the advent of building materials from gypsum, it became possible to carry out various design ideas in the interior decoration. With the help of gypsum fiber and drywall sheets, exquisite partitions are created, visually distinguishing between the space of the room, erected boxes for bathrooms and toilets, facing the ceiling and decorate the openings. For the installation of such materials, special mounting systems were created that ensure the reliability and durability of the design.
There is a wide variety of fasteners, each of which has its own purpose. They can be used both independently and simultaneously with dowels, which have special ledges that provide more solid fixation inside the base. All known types of dowels can be divided into spacer, having a nozzle or screw, for drywall, as well as dowels – screws for attaching to wooden and metal foundations. As practice shows the quality of such products directly depends on where they were produced. The most durable and durable are the dowels that are made in Germany, Spain and the Czech Republic.
To attach special variations of structural elements of the frame, specialized dowels were developed, allowing to achieve the necessary result much faster and easier. They provide reliability of the structure, regardless of environmental conditions. That is, even if the dowels are mounted in a wall that has high humidity, unlike self -tapping screws, they will not slip out of it under the weight.
When erecting hinged ceilings, the guide profiles are first installed along the perimeter of the room, which are attached using nails or screws screwed into the dowel. There are also special anchor wedges for the ceiling, which are considered the most durable and reliable. Then, on the already finished basis, rack profiles are fixed using P-shaped fasteners. Depending on the device of the entire system, cruciate brackets can additionally be strengthened by sharp or drilling metal self -tapping screws.
Next, the plasterboard sheets themselves are installed directly, for which screws with a diameter of 3.5 x 25 mm are used. They have a T-shaped head, which provides maximum fit of the plasterboard base to the profile. Other fasteners can also be used in the design, which depends on the individual characteristics of the device of the entire frame system.
