Perchlorvinyl compounds form a fairly rich and bright color, perfectly fall on concrete, brick and other materials, forming them a fairly good protection and a more attractive appearance. At the same time, it is not recommended to use this paint to work with surfaces that often contact with sunlight, otherwise it is not avoided forming and cracking the material.
In most cases, such paints are used in the decoration of facades of houses and are different in that they hold the color quite well for eight years. But do not forget that working with this rather toxic material is dangerous, it is not advised to use it in the premises, although, some time ago it was used everywhere.
The peculiarity of working with this material lies in the fact that it is possible to dye the facade and structure with it only at the required temperature, to be more precise – from minus 20 to plus 4 degrees. Otherwise, the pairs of this material will rapidly evaporate, which will quite negatively affect the well -being of the worker and any other who will inhale toxic material. If the temperature is -20 degrees, then the composition will become very viscous.
It is a kind of preparation of surfaces for staining, you should first undergo priming. The walls should be covered with a white primer or any other solution that was made of chalk and perchlorvinyl varnish (10%concentrate).
It is best to carry out paintwork in a couple of layers, while the subsequent layer should be applied after the previous one dries. For this work, an automatic sprayer or roller will be required. At the same time, approximately five hundred grams of material per meter will be spent. After the work is completed, you should carefully clean the tool.
