Production enterprise – a zone of special load, intensively operated by day and night. It is not surprising that the workshops of many plants sooner or later begin to need, if not in the capital, then at least in cosmetic repairs, which, as a rule, trusts specialists in this field. How to check the workshop for its compliance with sanitary standards and requirements, as well as to carry out its planned repair? Firstly, it is worth taking it a rule once every 3-5 years to carry out planned measures to maintain premises in proper form, and every year it is elementary to monitor the situation in the workshops so that it meets all the standards. Secondly, using special brigades, the work of the plant equipment should be controlled. For example, to track whether grinding, lathes, outskirts and other equipment that is available on the balance sheet of the enterprise work well. Mandatory must consider the complaints of workers regarding faults in the operation of the equipment.
Ideally, all the spaces from locker rooms and the soul to the actual workshop itself should be painted, well decorated, not have flaws. Therefore, if the roof flows in the building, the paint is irradiated from the walls or the flooring is poorly lying, then all these shortcomings need to be urgently eliminated. Special workshop repair brigades should inspect the electoral machines, while repairmen and builders are responsible for the decoration of the premises.
Checking communications
Particular attention should be paid to the quality of the communications that the plant is equipped with. In particular, regularly check the state of the wiring and heating systems, the work of the shower and water supply, because the mood of the personnel depends on the quality of the functioning of these networks, its satisfaction with working conditions.
