Rehau Geneo profile window system has unique operational and technical characteristics that were achieved through the use of innovative fiber -fiber material RAU FIPRO. Before using it in the production of window structures, this material was used in aircraft industry, as well as in the structures of racing cars of the formula 1 class.
The use of such material gives window structures a lot of advantages.
The first, and undoubtedly, the most important thing is an increase in the rigidity of the profile so much that not only the need for its reinforcement has not only disappeared, but even without reinforcement, the maximum sizes of the wings made of this significantly exceed the permissible sizes of the wings made from a standard reinforced profile. This facilitates the weight of the entire structure by about 40%, which in turn removes most of the load on the linen fittings and extends its service life.
Due to the enhanced stiffness of the profile itself, the permissible sizes of the wings without reinforcement in the designs of various complex forms remained at the level of standard specialized systems with reinforcement and even more.
Steel reinforcement of the profile system is the main “cold bridge”. Due to the refusal of steel reinforcement, thermal insulation properties in the Geneo system are significantly increased. Resistance coefficient (RT) in the Rehau Geneo at least 1.05 m200s/W, which is 30% more than standard five -core specialized systems.
Rehau Geneo installation depth was increased to 86 mm, which, in turn, made it possible to increase the thickness of the used double -glazed window to 53 mm for an even greater increase in thermal insulation.
And, of course, Rehau developers took care of the aesthetic form of Geneo profile. High -quality smooth atmosphere -resistant surface is achieved thanks to the coating with standard high -quality PVC.
