In the Soviet Union since 1960, technologies for the construction of houses using construction panels began to be actively applied. For installation of buildings, ready -made reinforced concrete blocks were used, which allowed the construction periods to reduce the construction periods, compared with the construction periods of brick buildings, and, of course, the cost of the structure decreased. Today, an alternative solution is widely distributed-the construction of a monolith, but the use of panel technologies remains the main way to build social housing and houses of the so-called economy class, and the problem of panel houses of the USSR period with insufficient thermal insulation of the external walls of buildings, which was associated with the high thermal conductivity of concrete, is solved. Today, three -layer panels are used to resolve this issue, inside of which special thermal insulation material is located between the layers (internal and outer) of concrete. Three -layer panels are prefabricated, that is, the assembly of layers is carried out directly at the construction site or delivered directly from the plant – the panels are full -term panels.
