If earlier construction took about several years, now this process can be reduced to several months. The block consists of three layers: the inner carrier, consisting of expanded clay concrete, external – of severe concrete, the middle one – from polystyrene foam, in turn, it is precisely he is responsible for the preservation of heat in the house. All layers are interconnected by fiberglass rods, made of material not subjected to the corrosion process. The outer layer has a textured structure and the walls have a pleasant aesthetic appearance, this allows, after the completion of construction, saving on the external decoration .
– In relation to other materials, it is more expensive or cheaper?
– Depending on the compared material. Building a house from heat units, a perfect ratio of price and quality is obtained.
– And in comparison with wooden material?
– The advantage of our block over the tree is that it is not a fuel, thereby the buildings are protected from fires. Wooden houses are cheaper, but they need insulation, processing, hemp, are damaged by rodents, as a result, it turns out that the money saved will go to care for them.
