Sooner or later, both residents of country houses and high -rise buildings face clogging of sewer pipelines. And it doesn’t matter in whose fault this happens, the result is one – the wastewater discharge system cannot normally perform its functions. Cleaning the sewage system in a private house and in the communal – the case is by no means simple. The minimum part of the work can be done yourself, and for complete cleaning, you need to contact the plumbing.
Independent cleaning
In many cases, you can do your own, especially if you do it regularly. As a rule, clogging occurs due to sticking fats on the walls of the pipes. For cleaning, you can simply boil a bucket of water and pour into the sink. If this was not enough, a cable will come to the rescue. In general, cleaning the sewage system in the apartment solves the problems only locally, because the central pipeline can clog in high -rise buildings.
Another popular way of cleaning pipes is with soda and vinegar. An important point – the mixture should be prepared already in the pipe itself. To do this, baking soda is poured into the sewer pipe and poured with vinegar in a ratio of 1: 1. The drain hole is tightly closed with a traffic jam for a couple of hours, after which it is poured with boiling water.
If all previous methods do not help, only the most time -consuming, but also the most effective way – cleaning the cable remains. It is indispensable if pollution has occurred with solid items. But the fat with the cable is not very effective.
Instead of a conventional cable, you can use more convenient spirals. The principle of cleaning is simple: one end is lowered into the pipe and is pushed deeper into rotational movements until it reaches an obstacle. Further, this obstacle must be destroyed with sharp movements. The method is difficult and requires a lot of expenses and time, but they have not yet come up with a better way.
