Saunas and baths
A beam is a very popular building material, which in our country is most often made from winter wood. Since ancient times, it is believed that in winter trees are sleeping. Thanks to this, juice freezes in the trunks, all processes stop, and the wood is reliably protected from microorganisms and rot. That is, winter wood is considered the highest quality, which provides a long service life of wooden buildings. Almost always baths are built of wood. For this, a beam and log are used. The latter option is not very popular, since the log is complex and expensive in production, cracks often appear in it, baths and houses from the log give a significant shrinkage. That is why the construction of a beam bath, which is a high -tech material, is more popular. There are two types of timber, namely: glued and profiled. Let’s look at them in more detail.
Glorous beam is considered better and modern, which undergoes a special work in the factory. So, at first the highest quality trees with the same trunks diameter are selected. After that, they are sorted and sent to the plant for further processing. Here, the upper layer on modern equipment is removed from the trunks. After cutting the lamellas, they glue into the bars. As a result of this, glued beam is obtained. Also, with the help of machines and equipment on the bars, spikes and grooves are made, which are used in the construction of a bathhouse. This whole process requires professionalism and great experience. All blanks are made in the factory, after which they are delivered on a cargo machine to a construction site. The construction of a bathhouse from a beam takes a little time, for example, you can build a small bathhouse for one family in one week.
Profiled timber is a more affordable building material that has many advantages. Firstly, it gives a minimum shrinkage, so that the bath can be used almost immediately after construction. Secondly, it has a relatively lightweight that allows you to use pile or rifle-suite instead of a massive foundation. They are much cheaper and installed faster. Fourth, a bathhouse from a profiled beam does not need to be finished, which is also a significant customer savings.
