In order to install the slopes of a plastic double -glazed window, you need to decide which type of slopes you will do – straight or oblique – and prepare the window opening for them, that is, if you decide to install direct slopes, you must level the window opening. Most often, alignment is carried out using a wooden frame. If you have chosen oblique slopes, then alignment is not required. In your free time, you can find out how the manufacture of flanges on special equipment is carried out. The slopes themselves are made from the sandwich panels for the walls: you need to take a sandwich panel and cut the upper slope from it first (keep in mind that the panel width should be more than the distance from the window to the edge of the window opening), insert the upper slope into the castle on the castle on window and fasten it at a distance of one centimeter from the edge of the window opening so that the fasteners disappear.
Now you need to measure side slopes. It must be taken into account that when choosing indirect slopes, the upper edge of the side slopes will go at an angle. After the side slopes are cut out, put them in place in order to check if they are cut out correctly.
Now unscrew the upper slope, without removing it from the place. Using a special pistol, pour the empty space inside the slope with mounting foam. Keep in mind that the foam is expanding and, therefore, there is no need to completely beat the voids.
Now just put side slopes in the same way.
